fuse-matrix provides culinary education services including cooking courses, workshops, private chef sessions, and corporate team events. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Bookings and Payment

3.1 Enquiries and Confirmation

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a confirmed booking. Bookings are confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation email and you have completed any required payment.

3.2 Payment

Full payment is required upon booking confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment by bank transfer and major credit/debit cards. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and inclusive of VAT where applicable.

3.3 Cancellation by You

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course date: full refund
• Cancellations made 3-7 days before the course date: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the course date: no refund

Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

3.4 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolments, instructor illness, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

4. Participation Requirements

4.1 Health and Safety

You must inform us of any allergies, dietary requirements, or medical conditions that may affect your participation before your course begins. Participation in our courses involves working with kitchen equipment and ingredients which may pose risks if safety guidelines are not followed.

4.2 Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors. We reserve the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, dangerous, or inappropriate, without refund.

4.3 Age Requirements

Most courses are designed for adults aged 18 and over. Participants aged 16-17 may attend with parental consent and supervision where stated. Children under 16 may only participate in specifically designated family courses.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and recipes, is the property of fuse-matrix or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written consent.

6. Use of Website
